Cheryl Gennaios

Cheryl entered the mortgage banking industry in 1990.  Cheryl has an extensive background in loan processing, underwriting and loan origination, Cheryl’s knowledge of lending guidelines and practices coupled with her articulate qualities and tenacity, she is a tremendous asset to our team.

As the team Loan Coordinator, Cheryl facilitates in all facets of loan processing and underwriting, ensuring a smooth transaction and successful closing.  Cheryl works closely in client relations building and developing relationships with customers as well as real estate agents and referral partners.  Cheryl maintains and manages our database while developing and implementing new and exciting marketing programs. 

Terrie Luquette

Terrie started her career in mortgage banking as a Manager trainee for CitiFed Financial in 1984.  Terrie has a degree in Business Finance that she earned from The University of Washington.  Terrie has used her broad knowledge and expertise in many facets of the Mortgage Banking sector.  Over the 29 years Terrie has been in the lending industry she has worked in underwriting, processing, secondary marketing as well as a Loan Officer and Lending Specialist.  Terrie has worked as Connie's Senior Loan Processor for over 18 years and has assisted in the vast development and alliance with Connie's Lending Team that provides the amazing reputation that precedes them.
 
Terrie and Pamela work closely together during the process of the loan.  Terrie evaluates all financial documentation, providing product scenarios and options as well as pre-underwriting and packaging the loan for closing documents to be prepared.  This interaction ensures our clients, agents and local service providers enjoy a unique and positive experience with efficiency throughout the transaction.  This allows our team of experts to always be your "Lender for Life".
